Beth Apone Salamon

Beth Apone Salamon is Director of Communications and Public Affairs for Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School and a member of the Executive Team. She is a communications expert with 20+ years of healthcare and higher education experience. Her specialties include: strategic communications, digital marketing, multimedia content development, writing, social media, spokesperson training, crisis communications, executive speechwriting, internal and external communications, brand public relations, and creative storytelling through video production.

Beth is also a prolific freelance writer with personal essays in The New York Times, Newsweek, New Jersey Monthly, The Pittsburgh Post Gazette, and Notre Dame Magazine. She is formerly Co-editor of UPCEA's UNBOUND: Reinventing Higher Education.
